Returns
Opened Cables and Batteries are not returnable. We will be happy to exchange cables up to 30 days, but no returns will be accepted. If you have any questions about which cable is right for you please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you select the right cable. All items other than firewire cables are accepted for return for 48 hours after delivery of your order without restocking fee. Call Capture Integration within that 48-hour window to arrange for the return. Any returns after that period are subject to case-by-case approval and will be subject to a restocking fee.
Workshop Guarantee & Warranties
We guarantee your satisfaction with our workshops. If you you attend a workshop (online or in person) and are unsatisfied we will refund your money without question. However, no refunds are provided to no-shows or cancelations. Warranties are non-refundable and non-cancelable.
Shipping
We only ship through insured FedEx delivery. We only deliver via our eStore to the United States. For international orders please contact us at info@captureintegration.com. Items typically ship within two business days. For status updates or to receive a firm shipping-timeframe please contact us at info@captureintegration.com.
