Gatherings: B&W Savannah – Coming Soon

 In Gatherings 2020
Forsyth Park, Savannah, Georgia, USA fountain at dawn.

In 1864, General Sherman wrote to Abraham Lincoln that his march to the sea was complete and that his Christmas gift to the President was the city of Savanah.  The city and the surrounding area was left untouched and is still rich with beauty and culture today.  We will explore the city, Tybee Island, Wormsloe historic site, and other areas full that make this area of the country unique.  I will also bring with me the Phase One Achromatic and Leica Monochrom cameras.  Want to try some IR imaging?  Or shoot the local hanging moss with a pure B&W system?  Well, I sure do!  I hope you want to join me in one of my favorite places.

“Titles and labels belong on books and soup cans respectively. To me they don’t make the man, his reputation and integrity do. My most important job is being the best father I can to Aidan, McKenna, and Emma and giving them the best foundation for happiness and success in life. And to attempt to give my wife a fraction of the joy that she has brought to me and our family”.
