Profoto off-camera flashes
Monolights are self-contained off-camera flash units with independently controlled power settings and light output. Unlike a flash pack, which consists of a separate generator and several flash heads, the monolight has its mains- or battery-powered built-in power source. As a result, they are compact, convenient, powerful lights that help you create beautifully lit images in the studio and on location.
All monolights require a remote to trigger the flash when the camera takes a shot. All of Profoto’s latest flashes are built with Bluetooth-enabled technology, Profoto AirX. It enables you to unleash the full power of the flashes even when shooting from your smartphone, making it possible to capture, edit, and publish, all with the same device.
